yea i was told haris county wasnt to nice as far as emmisions go. And i dont need to be paying a huge fine. but i am also not willing to sacrifice my hp to not blow smoke. could care less if the people behind me get pissed i just dont want a ticket and it seems like to not blow smoke i haveto drive like a granpaw.

there are times when i like to but at night when you are leaving a dance or something thats just one more reason they can pull u over.
