ok yawl
i have a 04 duramax lly. there is a banks 6gun system on it "that works when it wants to". ive been looking at different programers. im just not sure what one to really go with. ive been thinking about the edge juice with attitude. any ideas as what to do????

What do you want it to do? Just HP?

On my LLY I had really good luck on the predator for a programmer, others do not think it adds enough power but it was better then the Hypertech or the Quadzilla for me.

You will hear some not so great things about Edge.

im just looking for a all around good performance chip. i just dont wanna have to plug a box in everythime to change it. i want something that will make this damn thing run like a raped ape....

itl run like one with just about any programmer you get thats gives you more then "120hp" but the trans wont like it

ditch the banks it has been a hit and miss with the duramax. as stated before the ppe is good but efi is the top of the line.

i did some looking around at the ppe on diesel dawgs. which is the best to go with just the standered one that way i dont rip every damn thing out my truck.

standard is more than enough to mess up the transmisson

keep it under 70hp for dailly driving, you can live dangerously and put it higher, i used to run my quadzilla on 215, i just watched out for the 4-5 shift to try and keep it from limping, i did limp my stock trans alot though cause i didnt like losing
