All you need is about 7ft of 5/8" heater hose and the bottom rubber bumper off a set of crutches. Pull the junction off when both PCV hoses meet and install the rubber bumper over the port with the existing clamp. Push the 5/8" heater hose into the junction. There is a small tube inside that will perfectly fit the ID of the hose. Route the hose down to the frame rail and tie off with a zip tie. You're done!! Takes about 10 minutes.
