I know there are several different mouthpieces that can be modified and used but which one would provide the best results for mpg gain?

Polish the one you have it really works. 1-3 mpg. Some hp gain.

 

Wow..I didn't think I could see that big of a difference just by porting the stock one out!
I'll give that a shot for sure! In fact, I'll try to get it done tonight as I have a cross-country trip 1st of the week.
