Yes. A single would have been GREAT plenty for the HP and Modifications I have currently. No Doubt.

I did Duals to show that if you ever DID outgrow 75 GPH, there is no need to "Abandon" your Walbro pump based system for that of another manufacturer, or whatever. The Walbro based lift pump is expandable to 150 GPH with the simple addition of another pump. And doing so will only cost a fraction of replacing the pump with one of the "other" units.


So, in other words, It is WAY overkill. Like just about everyone else out there with 150GPH pumps and less than 800 or so HP. At the time of the article, it was something I wanted to grow into. Now, I'm not so sure. I've revised my thinking. Currenly, my plans are to hang around 500 HP. The second pump becomes nothing more than a pre-installed spare, or I could remove it completely.
