WTB-4" down tube

I would like to buy a 4 " down tube. I have a 1996 CTD with an HX35 stock turbo on it.
creating to high exhaust gas temp before ever hitting WOT

got a 4 in. down pipe from my 2001 that im looking to sell if it would work on your truck

Does this replace the flange on the rear of the turbo?

no you use your flange and the dp connects to it
