cap a chunk of PVC pipe and then thread to take an air fitting. you can put a regulator on it too or on your compressor. set it to about 15-20 psi.

test yer air charge system you may have a leak

easy to do just go get ya a 4" rubber boot and a 4" PVC 40 schd cap....tap the cap to accept some 1/4" plumbing to include a gauge and a tire valve nipple ..............get a couple good clamps and clap the thing on yer turbo inlet and charge it up with yer air compressor.

I did this to 11 trucks during a truck rally at my shop and guess what......found leaks on every single truck including mine -

You can always inject a small amount of marvel mystery oil on the intake side of the turbo. -

Marvel mystery oil white smokes like crazy when burned. It's the best thing to run through and engine to blow it out and for long term storage. If you shoot a little on the intake side of the turbo you will see the smoke come out where the leak is. -

when you pressure test the system does it hurt the truck to have so much air pressure on it without running? How high should I run it up to? I want atleast 40psi back. But my turbo is set to open at 50psi? -

test it from the exit side of the turbo also just take the hose off.
you should just build up pressure and hear or use soap and water to see where it's leaking from..

it's probably not a good idea to spool the turbo with out the engine running to provide oil to the bearings. -

You can also use a smoke machine. If you invest in one, you can use it for exhaust leaks also. Hook it up, and anywhere you see smoke, you have a leak. You could always pour some smoke in the system, then pressurize it to see if you have a leak under pressure as connectors swell up (and they do...... ALOT under boost) -

Or you can spray it w/ soapy water, It will make bubbles where the leak is. -
