Reusable Parts for 1990 F250 4x4 Diesel Pickup

Hi Does anyone know what parts i can reuse from my 1990 (06/1990) F250 4X4 Diesel 7.3 L International Engine, Long Bed with 2 doors extend cab (rear back seat)? I bought it but after so many repairs ($3000 vehicle price plus $8000. in parts and repairs) its still doesnt run and has left me stranded so many times afraid drive it anywhere. Want buy a used F250 4X4 Diesel 7.3 L International Engine, Dually, with a Long bed and use as much of the parts from my old truck. Any recommedations?

It has eight lugs on the rims, are these also used on F450 pickups?
