Default Only running on 4...need some help!

Hey guys. So the entire passenger side injectors arent firing. Ill start from about the middle.

Changed the valve cover gasket and replaced the plug. New IDM. Scanner wont pick up any codes. Truck will start and run but only on the drivers side. No check engine light. Traced the orange wire from the IDM to the gasket and tested continuity. Wire is Good. PCM is good. Injectors are good. Buzz test is good. Oil is good. Fuel Pump is good. Where to go from here?? At a real loss on this one guys. Ive got a diesel mechanic workin on this with me and he's at a loss. He doesnt know at this point if he's gonna be able to fix it. Mind you, Ive been doing most of the work with guidance from him. Been under this hood before with an injector issue but Id like for the next time I get under here to be either an upgrade or a clean. Thanks for the replys.

all that stuff cannot be good if the rh side is not firing. check fuel pressure and icp pressure at the rh head if you are certain the IDM/idm wiring and injectors are good

UPDATE: My mistake there was no heat at all on the rh side and it sounded as if it were running on 4. Compression test indicates that 7 5 & 3 all have good compression. 1 has zero compression. Used inspection camera to view the piston and it appears that there is corrosion on the top. Will be taking the motor apart from here to find out if it got into the cylinder wall or not. Lets pray that it didnt. Theory is that the old injectors that were in the truck got carbon build up blocking more than half of the spray holes. This caused a direct jet of fuel spraying onto the piston head which basically melted it in one spot. Like I said I will be tearing down the motor to get to the issue. Gonna take alot of time and patience.

If anyone has the first issues that were stated and you cant find a wiring issue and there is continuity to everything. You can try unplugging the affected side injectors one by one to listen to the truck and see if it makes a difference on any of them. Thats how we figured out number one was completely dead. Follow this up with a compression test. If your compression reads zero, then you have a bottom engine problem. Hope this helps.
