How hard does it blow out? If it's ginning, cracked/warped head or leaking head gasket. -

only blows out when under load. like towing a trailer or with the programmer turned up and with my foot in it. not alot and only if it is hot outside. -

AC turned on? Partially blocked radiator, sticky thermostat, programmer may have something to do with it. DB has a few Ford gurus, and they can go a little more into the programmer end of things.

Could be a couple things.
What progammer? I'm gonna say it's time for studs most likely though by your statement of it does it under load. - |

Predator has been know to blow head gaskets on the 6.0's. How long has it been doing this? -

My money is squarely on headgasgets. The other option would be a cracked EGR Cooler, but that USUALLY will leave a small puddle of coolant behind the passenger side front wheel. -

My 04 F-250 would blow some coolant when I first got it because it was overfilled with cooltant from the factory. -

it's been like this for almost a year. It did it for the first time on the way to work when a V6 mustang tried to pass me and i put her to the floor, when i got to work i noticed the coolant in the wheelwell i opened the hood and found that it was coming out of the resivoir. I had my Banks plugged in then so much for safe i guess.

also -- I've read a LOT of people just have faulty coolant caps and when the system gets pressured up (like under load) it starts spewing thru the cap...
try the simplest first -- replace the cap... if it fixes it - GREAT! if not.. then you start moving on to the more serious things... - |

I replaced my cap and the tea kettle sound went away for a little bit, but it showed back up. Combustion gasses were making it into the cooling system. Since the OP stated he has used a Predator, I would venture to say that he has stretched headbolts. Predator programmers have too much timing on the top end and have been the leader in headbolt stretching. If there is no coolant on the ground where I described earlier, that would pretty much rule out a cracked EGR cooler. - |

should still be under warranty...
take all the stuff off of it and run it as long as you can.. then take it in for studs and make sure they put in some ARP or other aftermarket set! - |
