also ditch the edge, for a 6.0 sct is the way to go. forget banks, egde, predator, bully dog, superchips,etc, etc, have it custome tuned by innovative or elite diesel

Did the EGR and headstuds. No problems since. Now it needs a new turbo and a tranny next

I had the same problem. If you still have the factory radiator it has a plastic top cap. I found mine was cracked (hair line) and would only leak at 2500 rpms under presure. I replaaced with a after market alumunium radiator. Or your EGR cooler is cracked! Order the EGR delete kit!

hey.. im loosing coolent outta my cap too... but it started after i installed my coolent filter...Im runin sct custom tunes by eric... what you guys think? truck has 104k

if u have guages check your oil temp vs coolant temp they sould be within 15 degrees of each other....mine did this it was my oil cooler so i replaced that and did a river city egr delete it runs awsome now and sounds 10 times better
