Default Loosing Coolant At The Reservoir

I have a 2005 6 litre and it blows hot coolant out at the resivoir. Just wondering what my problem is?

How hard does it blow out? If it's ginning, cracked/warped head or leaking head gasket.

only blows out when under load. like towing a trailer or with the programmer turned up and with my foot in it. not alot and only if it is hot outside.

AC turned on? Partially blocked radiator, sticky thermostat, programmer may have something to do with it. DB has a few Ford gurus, and they can go a little more into the programmer end of things.

Could be a couple things.

What progammer?

I'm gonna say it's time for studs most likely though by your statement of it does it under load.

Predator has been know to blow head gaskets on the 6.0's. How long has it been doing this?

My money is squarely on headgasgets. The other option would be a cracked EGR Cooler, but that USUALLY will leave a small puddle of coolant behind the passenger side front wheel.

My 04 F-250 would blow some coolant when I first got it because it was overfilled with cooltant from the factory.
