Default Injector buzz no start

In my 05 F350 im having a no start issue. I had a bunch of problems last year with my FICM and ended up replacing it. At the same time i did some bullet proofing...standpipes dummy plugs, stc, turbo oil lines etc. This time when i turn the key i get injector buzz. Last time when the ficm died there was no buzz. So im wondering if its possible that the ficm is ok and theres an oil pressure problem. If there was ANY issue with the ficm, would i get injector buzz? My key on voltage is 48.8 and stays the same while cranking. I have been having a hot start issue lately fyi.

No i DO get injector noise at key on. It sounds normal but doesnt fire up. Ive got the top end apart looking for an air leak but there isnt one. Ive done an air pressure test through the icp and cant hear any leaks. Im starting to think its a fuel pressure problem.

I used a multimeter to test ficm voltage fyi.

Nothing to update. Im going to swap out the iprs to see if perhaps im not building enough oil pressure to fire the injectors. If that doesnt work im going to swap out the ficm as soon as i can get a hold of one. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

yeah stop throwing parts at it and buy a scan gauge II so you can read the pids. that will tell you right off the bat what you need to tackle.
