Default No Power and White Smoke

Hello, I have a 2004 F350 4x4 with 202k, straight stick, everyday driver. Only mod is 4" exhaust Turbo back. Still have original FICM, Injectors and Glow plugs. Only code I have is a P0675.

Problem: Last night on the way home, I believe I over reved the motor. After ward, a lot of black smoke running very rough. continued driving just to get it home. After about 10 minutes it turned to white smoke and with a large cloud coming from the exhaust. It was very slow to accelerate, after about another 10 minutes the white cloud reduced to just white smoke from the tail pipe. And cleared up by the time I got home. When I back into the drive way I didn't notice any smoke.

This morning it started up easy idled normal with white smoke. I believe it smells a little like coolant. Drove it around the block and still slow to accelerate, feel like the turbo is not wanting to rev up. Took off the intake, Turbo appears to be spinning freely. Went to check the EGR valve, I notice the passenger side of my motor is wetter than the driver side. I don't mean there is standing water just he driver side is dirty and dry and the passenger side is dirty and moist.

The only problems I have with this truck was a bad FICM awhile back that I got help re-soldering on here. I have been one of the lucky ones with a 6.0. 202k and still getting 17 to 18 average mpg. Just need to find out what I did to it. tks

Well I took it to the dealer to save time trouble shooting. They advised me that the Turbo was gone. Evidently the bearings went out. They are checking to see if I damaged anything else. I can't complain this is the first major repair since I purchased the truck.
