Default No injector buzz and smoking

2005 f250 6.0l about 160000 miles, so she left me stranded on side of road last week when i did a post so i had it towed to the shop and they changed 2injectors, called me today said i can come get it. So i went there paid my bill got in truck turned key and right away the injector light went off so i just thought it was warmed up already and they didnt buzz long, so took off down road and she felt like maybe it didnt have as much power as before then i looked in my mirror and i seen a bluish grey smoke the whole time i drove it so i got to my office and turned it off and then checked the injector buzz and nothin. I turned key on and off a few times and no buzz. It buzzed fine before it went in the shop so first question is what could cause this and second question is it something the mechanic coulda screwed up?

I believe you're referring to the glow plug light and buzz?

glow plug light/yes/. did they reprogram it? the injector buzz was designed to help get rid of stiction but it is one of the leading causes of FICM failures.

From what they told me and what the papers say all they did is replace 1injector on each side. Do they need to reprogram somthing after they do injectors i thought you just take old ones out and put new ones in , but ive never personally done it so i dont know .

So i just called the shop and he told me that on the 2nd injector they replaced a screen was missing and that injector and theres nothing they can do bout it till it pops up in another injector or in the fuel line somewhere. Also said the pipe that runs from my turbo to the manifold on the passenger side has a leak and thats whats causing the smoke and the slight power loss. I understand the power loss but would that really cause it to smoke like that? I also asked him about the injector buzz and he said will ask his tech if he did somthig that would cause that to happen.
