Sure is! I see full air ride suspension on that thing, I bet that's how it stays level.
With all that work, I can't believe he can part with it... that thing would goto my kids. LOL -

I would also be worried about stopping power etc. with 1200+ pounds over the front tires. Sure looks nice though. It would have made a whole lot more sense to put a Cummins 4bt in there. -
