John deere 4039t ? F150

Anyone have an idea on these its a 3.9l 4cyl with a factory turbo. It is supposed to have 4000 hrs on it. This is about all the info I could find.http://www.pwsource.com.sg/brochures/4039tf.pdf
Any thoughts I will buy it tomorrow 80 hp

They are good engines 4000 hours is not a whole lot but they sometimes need rebuilt at around 6000 is it was in a utility tractor.
