I have a '02 F350 with the 7.3 Powerstroke engine in it that will not start. It doesn't even try to turn over. When you put the keys to the warm up position, everything lights up like normal, you can hear the fuel pump and intake heater/glow plug relay kick in. Then when you try to start it, "click" nothing. I already replaced the starter, and the batteries both have enough juice. It doesn't matter if the truck is in park or neutral, so I think that eliminates the possibility of a bad neutral safety switch. I'm at a loss. Thanks!

 

Hi there. Have you tried turning the engine over with a ratchet to make sure it isn't seized up? Have you ever done a voltage drop test with a volt meter? let me know. Thanks.
