ok when I turn the key the wait to start light will not come on as soon as I hit the starter the wait to start light comes on and stays on. the tach will not work nor will the alternator charge. sometimes the wait to start light will flicker and a relay under the hood will click rapidly then after a half hour itll quit clicking and the intake heater will work while the truck is running then the tach will work and the alternator will work. PLEASE HELP IM FREAKIN OUT ON THIS DAMN THING

 

ecm burned up
