1994.5 F250 7.3 4x4
So I took my truck out in the mud. When I went there it was fine. Then I launched out of a mud pit and came down pretty hard. Now it is making a banging noise whenever I go over uneven road surfaces. I figured maybe I killed one of my shocks or something so I took it in to have it looked at. He said my shocks were fine. The guy is convinced that it is my muffler banging on the frame. Problem for me is that my muffler is nowhere near the front drivers side wheel well, where all the noise is coming from. And I've had loose mufflers before. This is not the same kind of noise. So what is the next thing to check?
