Default answer edge programmer

I have a edge on my 04 , 6.0l i have Magnaflow performance 4inch with converter, poweraid inverter P.S goes in incooler tube to intake,as well Roush Stag 11 cold air intake, set my edge
at stage 3 work real good i pull 28foot fifth wheel ,JUST watch egts stay under 1200,add fuel
as needed ,get 18 to 21 mpg,my truck has 122,000 on it now ,no problems so far!!!! My research has helped me see the impor, of keeping fluids & filters changed on time or sooner use 5w40 synthec ,Make sure change
transmission filters use only ford parts ,fluids ,alot of this head gaskets problems come from over heating, and
being ran to hard, dont rely on factroy gauges keep teps, under 215,i have worked on lot of
diesels in my time, sometimes it better keep foot out ? P.S be for everyone gets to excited about 6.0l need look at sites about other makes Per ch-dodge it all comes from hows it is used or abused,
maybe my age is telling me something.

5R110's last a lot longer with good tuning, vs. the untuned approach with the Edge. I'm glad it's working for you, but I hate to see people have bad fortune from running an inferior product.

Default 2 words Radiator Cap

The reason the 6.0L head gaskets blossom is cause the stock radiator caps the spring valves go out not allowing the pressure in the coolant system to build up to the 24 psi it should hold instead with the stick radiator caps your truck only holds 4 to 7 psi at best the pressure in the coolant system decreases the coolant temp the temp on your engine should be around 225 with a bad radiator cap the temp goes up easily 15 to 20 degrees there for blown head gasket and warped heads save yourself some time and money by buying a 10 dollar radiator cap every 6.0L I work on I put a new radiator cap on won't even charge the customer either. I have a 6.0L with this chip never had a issue my best friend has a F250 same engine same chip also never had a head gasket or head issue.
