a wastegate controller simply controls what psi the wastegate will open at.

There should be a line going from your afc to the turbo, or if someone has modded it a pluged off line that leads to the wastegate. The easyest way would be to get a boost elbow, choose a vendor from here to order one from

My truck pulled like a freight train in every gear except first, but I wager thats due to such low gearing.

Boost elbow costs like 16$ on ebay. Set it to 35psi and call it a day

oops. Most 12v'ers are looking for cheap so I figured I'd recommend it :P yes, go directly towards one of our sponsors. Do NOT stop at go, do NOT collect a $16 boost elbow.

It regulates boost by an allen head like 94 12valve said. Screw it out to allow more boost, screw it in to regulate more boost.

Absolutely. Lots to be gained with an elbow. Believe that!
