Default Where to have 2004 Cummins ECM Programmed?

Hi everyone. I recently sold an ECM for a 2004 RAM 5.9L Cummins on another site. The part number is 3971104. I stated in my listing that the ECM would have to be programmed before it could be used. Unfortunately, the Buyer just messaged me and said that the ECM doesn't work in their truck SMH. Of course, the Buyer didn't read the listing and thought they could just install the ECM and be good to go. Anyway, I need to find a reputable shop that can bench program the ECM to the Buyer's VIN and specifications. I'm looking for a shop that charges $200 or less. I've found a couple that charge around $300 but I feel that is too steep. Please provide the name and number (website would be nice too) to a shop that does programming for Cummins ECMs. Please make sure any shops suggested are REPUTABLE and not some unknown guy. I know I'm new but PLEASE HELP ME OUT! Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that these dealerships are hit or miss about programming used ECMs. I understand that a competent dealer will do it without question. Unfortunately, many dealers will misinform customers and tell them that there is nothing that they can do with a used ECM and then they will try to sell them new ECM. Anyway, I know that there are shops other than dealerships that can program these ECMs without having to have the truck towed to them. If anyone can give me a lead on where I could have this ECM sent to have it BENCH programmed I would be very appreciative.
