Fresh 48RE no go

Fresh 48RE no go
I did a seal to seal rebuild on my 2007 48RE plus a Transgo VB kit. GM pressure solinoid. All air checks were good. Accumulator pressure is 40 min and 100 max. Should be 60 / 200. Reverse port is good at 280. Front servo won't build over 60 in 2nd and 3rd. I have gone through both the tranny and VB looking for any issues. BTW. I did not go through the OD section. Any ideas?

Still no go
Replaced the rear drum clutches and all lip seals. Accumulator pressure was good while on the jack stands. Reverse strong. Started out in 1st. Did not shift. Then no go. Rechecked accumulator pressure. 20/100. WTH!

Got in my rig and started it up. Had accumulator pressure @ 70psi. Which is what it should be with the VB kit. Started out in 1st. Did not shift. Reverse back into the driveway and 25lbs of pressure. What the hell is going on?!?
---AutoMerged DoublePost---
Pulled the VB back off. I found the throttle valve had the wrong spring. The kit said use their green spring. wrong spring. installed a sonnax throttle kit. Started it up. 65lbs in drive @ idle. good firm shift into first then no shift, a little more throttle no shift. left off and coast. tranny cold @ 140. Now low line pressure. 25lbs. should be 90 to 110 lbs. Why do I loose the line pressure?
Transmission Line Pressure BD Pressure Transmission in DRIVE w/Engine at idle 90-110psi
---AutoMerged DoublePost---
Transmission in DRIVE w/Convertor Locked up @ WOT 170-200psi
Transmission in DRIVE w/Engine at idle 90-110psi
This is what my pressures should be. Obviously I misread them.

If you would have talked to Goerend first this never would have happened! That's ok lesson learned! i wonder if it's something simple like a :47RE 48RE Billet Accumulator Piston Sonnax 47RH 46RE 46RH A727 A904 Transmission | eBay If so don't send in your VB as a core! I have one you can use!

People you don't buy from aren't usually very good to work with. My buddy owns High Tech Transmission he gives good advise. At 1200 ft of torque I've been through this tranny 4 times and never had a problem. I know this tranny like the back of my hand. That is what makes it so frustrating. I tried to buy a VB from Jeff Garman but I guess he has enough customers. The VB must be sucking air. BD valve body is on the way.
I do run a Sun Coast billet accumulator.
