Default Smarty High Idle
Hey guys, I'm just wondering but when should my truck start to high idle when its cold out in the morning I start it and let it run but it never goes into high idle, been a few days where its been about 30-35 and it never high idled. Is there something that needs to be set?

This should cover all the parameters required for high idle, and 3cyl high idle:
