HELLO I PUT A BD DIESEL TRANNY IN MY 02 CUMMINS ITS THE PERFORMANCE PLUS WITH ALL 3 BILLET IN PUT MID AND OUT PUT SHAFTS THRIPLE DISC TORQUE CONVERTOR BD FLEX PLATE AND I HAVE BARELY PUT 10K ON IT SINCE JULY 16 AND ITS NOW NOT GOING INTO ANY GEARS WITHOUT SLIPPING OR GRABBING THE CLUTCH PLATES? WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS

 

Did you try to contact bd? I have talked with many people there and they are pretty good with customer service

I have talked with bd diesel and i am un happy with there customer service my tranny i purchased in june and its already slipping threw 2nd 3rd and 4th and the answer im givin its my fault what a joke considering i spent over 11grand on this trans

Sorry to hear about the bad customer service you have received, I would like to say that we have replaced our Previous Transmission Tech guy and I encourage you to give us another call. Matt our (new) trans tech guy has been with us for a number of years and really a true asset, when it comes to trouble shooting and dealing with people. he can pull the old records and see what was going on and then we can take it from there.
