Default Weird electrical noise

So ever since I've owned my truck I've noticed once I shut it off sometimes there is some kind of electrical noise comin from fuel tank area sounds like somethin is still gettin power to it. I've even had it where truck wasn't one for like 4 hours walk out to it and its makin this noise. I've never had any issues with dead battery or anything like that the noise is kind of just annoying and can be embarrassing at times. What could be causin this noise and how could I get rid of it? Any input is great
Thanks

That is where the stock lift pump is. Maybe the previous owner installed an in tank as well to help with fuel pressure. Can you see any wires going to the tank?

I would guess the intank lift pump is running. Next time it does it, pop the hood, open the fuse box, and pull the fuel pump relay. If it stops, possible bad relay. Swap it with another one.
