Default Clutch pedal really weak

So I just replaced my trans clutch flywheel throw out bearing and pilot bearing and when everything was out of the truck I had it moved and out of instinct I pushed the clutch and shot the rod out of the cylinder I tried bleeding it the best I could and it seemed to work for a few days although it didn't seem to have the same pressure on the pedal then I jumped in my truck this morning and my peddle would go about 2 inches from floor before there was any kind of pressure and wants to crawl forward when clutch is in

Default

watch this video... skip to 23 mins. thats where the bleeding procedure starts.

98-02 systems are a little different, but the procedure still works the same.
