I bought a fass 150 hd from diesel auto power. I thought it would come with everything for 687 bucks. Guess not. It came with the 2 filters and pump and red housing, Electronics, brass(I assume) fittings, and mounting plates. That's it. No hose. I bought a 3/8 big line kit, which the link for is below, thinking it was all the hose to go from the lift pump to the injection pump. It's not, but still useful. Now all I need is enough 3/8 line to go from the fass to the vp44 right? I will also be getting a sinister diesel sump kit from thoroughbred on eBay. So again all I need is 3/8 line to go from fass to vp44 correct? Or Can i utilize the stock fuel line that goes to the stock lift pump? If so, anyone know what size the stock fuel line is? And is the big line kit that I bought supposed to go from the stock fuel filter to the vp44? If so can't I just do away with the stock fuel filter and by doing so only needing one of the 90 degree fittings that came with the big line kit? I have never done this if you can't tell and I'm still exploring my truck so forgive my undeveloped diesel knowledge.

Anyone who can answer ALL of my questions I just asked would be very greatly appreciated. I wanna get this fass installed ASAP. I know the stock lift pumps are just ticking time bombs to kill the vp44. Thank you everyone in advance. You guys are all usually very helpful very quickly.

 

I would give them a call. It should include all the fuel line you need.

X2 on calling them. My Fass 150HD came with everything I needed, and some extras.

 

yea should come with line from fuel filter housing to the fass then to ur tank.

 

I think they sent you an HD 150G Universal Kit. You should have been sold a HD D08 150G. That has everything in the kit. Fass - Fuel Air Separation System

 

Im with everyone else. The HD D08 150G would have had everything that was needed for install. And it should have been 1/2 line I believe
