Default bad mpg?

I did all freeway driving today and I got 13mpg. I was taking a easy on the on ramps and kept it at 65. I was expecting to get 18+ mpg like normal. But my mpg has slowly been going down, what can i do to get it back to the 18 i have been getting since i had the truck? I replaced the fuel filter incase that was the problem but what elts can i do?

Could be lots of things, timing, worn injectors, dirty fuel / air filters, fuel quality... I see that you live in a communist state. Could it be possible that they are playing games with the sulfur content?

Timing is expensive to get the tool or get done. Do they sell a rebuild kit for them or would i be better off getting new injectors? I changed the fuel filter yesterday and checked the air filter and it still looks new. At shell and chevron they say they have the low sulfer blend and I run that sometimes but i usually go to a fast and easy because it is 3.85 a gal vs the 4.20 for shell or chevron do you think that could be the reason?
