Head gasket repair cost?

Have a leaky head gasket in my '96. Anybody have a ballpark estimate of what repairs might cost at a garage? Has 250k on it, should I be thinking valve job and milling head?

it all depends on how much it will be if the head has to be sent to a machine shop and shaved and then u have to buy new head bolts
