ok i bought some 100 hp off nozzles off this boy on here. i replaced the stock ones with these and put everything back in the way it came out and everything i retightened it all to then i put the banjo bolts back in then the fuel injection lines. i go to start it and its cammin hard and hazin bad. i look under the hood while runnin and fuel was seepin out from the banjo bolts soo i made it they where straight and retightened all them then i start it again same thing just now from the holes where the injectors go in. so i pulled the leajin ones out checked the washer and put them back in and tried again same thing. has anybody had any trouble with this and how did u fix it or any pointers would be nice i need to fix asap

what are you calibrating. i think pop testing should be extremely cheap. i work at a kubota dealership and all it takes for our older injectors is you screw a line in attatched to a small tank of deisel and pump a handle like a jack and there is a manual pressure gauge and you just see what pressure the diesel gets shot out the injector. if somebody wants to charge you very much for that tell them to shove it. and if you read old threads on this site im sure you could manage to do gauges yourself. save that money for bigger abd better things.
