if i do the hx35/40 hybrid thing,is there any way i can balance it,or do i have to take it somewhere?

Not sure,for that answer call High Tech Turbo directly and chat with them.They are very knowledgable and will give you an honest answer.I never made mine into a hybrid and never ran one,waste of time in my opinion.I did the 16cm exhaust housing upgrade and ran it like that until I bought my first aftermarket charger.No matter how you package a HX35,hybrid or not,its still out of map efficency range between 35-40spi and beyond that all it creates is heat,and thats a bad thing......Andy

35-40 is all i'm looking for.i don't have studs or o-rings.what is it in the bearing housing that has to be machined for the wheel to work?

i dont think i would be pushin even 40 psi with no head studs. i would rather be safe tho

i blew my head gasklet at 25psi

94cummins12v's Sig:91 f350 crew cab 12v cummins,nv4500 ,E/F shift handle w 2low and pacbreak switch, 4" straight pipe Dual 5" bullhauler stacks, Industrial injection 370 injectors and super phat shaft 62/71/14, #100 fuel plate, 4k GSK, ARP studs,60lb valve springs,custom 191 dv's, timing 16.5*,13" ceramic valair 6sp clutch, AFE intake, custom water/meth, custom air bags, 7 guages.
