i haven't been out ran yet. ive outran my buddys 12v that made 560, on the 64 turbo im trading for, a build 07 5.9, and a 6.7 with a single 71,(a5k) build trans efi live 60 nozzles, arson 3 kit, etc.. it's no slouch.
with the bickering over, would putting my 100 plate back in help me any? it wouldn'
t make it any slower would it?

im over this one. in the grand scheme of things yes it will take away some fuel up top but you will at least be starting to tune your truck, so yes it will help.

im out do what you do

You can customize a fuel plate .. grind your own profile .. or go to a #1 plate .. most agressive if I recall ??

Also, witgh the fuel plate you are able to control the daily drivability of the Engine .. I understand that Occasionally, you need all that fuel .. tune it for the DD, then pull plate @ track or on days when your planning to race ..

0# is the most aggressive plate. Which is ground flat. If you find yourself running out of fuel. Tuning the pump is not a viable solution, bigger injectors, dv's, lines, holders, pump cam etc will get you the fuel you need. Pulling the tunability parts like everyone has said is a pretty half assed way to do it and drive ability will suffer. Even if you can learn to drive it wouldn't you rather have the ability for the proper fueling controls to work and if the need for more fuel is there then make the appropriate purchases and add more fuel and then re tune. That's the proper way to do it. As said by many on here.

well, it's on. it's not as bad as i thought, i can get into 15 lbs at 1600 rpms. im not as fast as i was, but thats probably because im still on stock, or small, injectors. no smoke while just driving around, i like it. the wastegate opperates off the exhaust housing, so stock wastegate line isn't being used into the afc. it drives good, so im happy. im going with 5x.14s, and i'll throw my 100 plate back in if it gets too smokey.

Dont be afraid to tinker .. I took the tools with me and I was pulling over like every 1/2 mile to tweek my afc until I had it just right ..

Now that I have 3.55's not 4.10's .. I need to go back and re-adjust everything ..
