Default 94 cummins HELP

i have a 94, we just replaced the fuel filter and the water seperator underneath it, and the lift pump. The truck will idle, but if you give it any throttle it starts sputtering and dies if you keep pressing the prime bulb it will keep running. Any suggestions ?

also we have bled the injectors, and it blows alot of white smoke and the water in fuel light wont go off also.

was it running fine before? you should just DELETE the fuel bowl heater. it is notorious for sucking air, which is what i would first suspect. than i would look at fuel pressure. new fuel pump or not things can be junk out of the box, especially if you got a cheap pump from over seas. after that i might look into slipped timing but i doubts this, however hard starts and very poor manners come with slipped timing. you could also have a bad OFV which is in the front passenger side of the injection pump allowing to much fuel to return to the tank, it would still prolly run so so with a crap valve though.

had the same problem turned out to be a pin hole in a fuel line coming from the tank

yes it was running fine before, it died in the driveway. We had a mechanic look at it and he said it was the lift pump, we replaced it and its not worked right since. Called today to get a new lift pump and am going to delete the heater. Thank you will keep you updated !
