I do believe it is there towing clutch, first and foremost its a DD. i'm only competiting in a work stock class. they gave south bend a call and thats what they recomended for my application. but if any one has a better idea throw them out. its a 5.9 6spd, no current power adders(future holds a smarty intake and exhaust) gotta be a DD. also turning 35x1250. i tow usually under 20k. i don't know what one they said he just wrote the price down. o and its got a rating 550hp and 1200ft-lbs if that helps.

3850 12 button if you wanna use southbend can still be a DD and will last a while for pulling also SFI rated which is what you want ... the clutch you got a quote for sounds like a 3200 6 button, good choice for a smooth DD but pulling is gonna kill it.

There are so many options on clutches it's crazy! I know I ask for a lot but I only want to do this once and do it right. Don't have the money to not be satisfied with it:scare2:

Thing is pulling is very hard on the clutch, all your "street clutches" will work for a while but will not last.

Do you have to use southbend? Haisleys street puller is a great clutch

no i dont have to use south bend, just every one i talk to say SOUTHBEND, i have looked at Valair, but now im going to look into haisleys

Haisleys would be my choice, give them a call and tell them what your trying to do.
