to get into a 2.6 class it will cost some money. guys around here have hot vps, airdog or fass, turbo, stacked edge comp and smartys. :hellox:

he could set his truck up to do good in a work stock class, would not cost nearly as much and its still fun

alright im talking to the last two posts what do i do?

you will need to make sure you have good lift pump pressure. (gauges) edge comp. for a tuner. your stock charger will work in the work stock.

also a good set of shocks, most work stock classes do not allow ladder bars to be added, so to help with the wrap that can/will happen, a good set of shocks will help keep you hooked to the track. i also think tire choice will be huge, do not go with something with to much bite because agian, without the ladder bars it will put even more stress on your u joints, and i have seen a lot of trucks that pull really well on a more or less all terrain tire. a heavy front bumper that still allows you to be in your weight class of your choice. intake, exhuast, possibly exhaust manifold, i do not know how strict the inspections guys are where you want to pull. just really keep a good eye on your guages. most people say to let off the throttle at the last few feet of a pull, becasue most failures happen trying to get those last few feet. id rather let off early and compete next weekend then destroy my truck and have to park it till i can fix it.
