Skagit Orca 24 the first long trip my wife wants to take after we retire this coming june is to your neck of the woods in the northwest.... do you ever offer a guide service? if we paid for fuel and your time would you take a couple of okies fishing? i want to catch a steelhead before i die, then smoke it and eat it.... here's some picks of your boats. http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/940...toppagerd4.jpg http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/9797/boatshn0.jpg http://img54.imageshack.us/img54/4273/unsinkxe6.jpg |
I like them boats....

here a pic of our family's boat.
the company claims it's good for both fishing and sking, it'll need a tower for wake boarding tho. it's a 1992 bow rider by four winns, it's a 19 foot inboard with a 5.0 HO ford cobra V8, it's got a great canvas cabin cover for shade that snaps to the top of the windsheld, i just bought it today for 6K and it only has 250 hours on it.... a mechanic and i tested it, every thing works and it's supposed to be able to pull 2 skiers (company info) for fishing i need a trolling motor, i might get a 4 stroke kicker motor for the stern. my friend the mechanic doesn't want any fishing stuff on it tho.... lake texoma in oklahoma/texas is stocked with lots of stripers (striped bass) and they catch them trolling in deep water, some use gas 4 strokes for trolling..... http://img78.imageshack.us/img78/820...nlineuppz6.jpg ---AutoMerged DoublePost--- here's a pic of one type of kicker motor http://img78.imageshack.us/img78/1993/dsc01241xl2.jpg |

The first pontoon boat...not sure what that is. The Skagits are correct, though. The Duckworth is a jet sled.....a model not made anymore. Little guy, 18', with a 115 Yamaha outboard jet drive. We don't do professional guiding--need special licenses for that--but always willing to take someone fishing with us. I'm kinda under the weather lately but hopefully by next year I'll have the energy to get out in the boats more often. Took a two day trip in the ocean with the Skagit and it damn near killed me. LOL Either way, I'm sure we can get you hooked up (pun intended) on some big ones when you're out here. :c: Dan- |
I have a Bayliner 2252 hardtop with a 5.7 chevy and gen 2 mercruiser that we use on Flathead Lake in the summer and also a 72 Larson with a 125 merc that we fish out of in the winter . :U:
|
I have a 86 sunbird 18' long with a 2.5 gm motor.
