Hey guys!!!

Well as most of the hunters we can smell the rut comming if has not already!!!

But to just bring some enthusiasm tell us what you got here for the year 2012!

Im excited! nothing like hidein' in the woods from your wife and your boss and its a good time to use the excuse that you cant get phone reception!!!

My Elk hunt begins Oct 20 here in the San luis Valley in colorado. If you have yet to go on your hunt best of luck and be safe!!!

I'm an avid bird hunter. IMO the best kind of hunting. :pca1::c:

I miss quail hunting but I love Coyote hunting thats where my fever is, there nothing like outsmarting a coyote, because they generaly out smart me more than I do them. each coyote a new dog to trick and to call in.

damn, come scout down here in colorado!!!! No ive got my area picked out, I have not had a chance to scout anything but I know where the like to bed down and get water so thats where Ill be..

Well Im bored and excited for my Hunt next week fiqure I should put some Pics up of colorado, and the area I hunt!!

This was our camp Im the guy on the right. I took some amish hunting last year one was a guy that worked for us another who you do not see is from michiagan and he thought we did stand hunting, we tought him colorado hunting..

Cool pictures. I didn't see anything legal this weekend but I've talked with Mega Cummins and hoping to go chase that 5x5 tomorrow... I'll let you guys know how it goes..

Soon as I get a few days off i will be in the south texas brush country with my bow.

Congrats man didnt know it was your first when i commented on facebook.

To everyone else i just pulled into Cheyenne WY a few min ago for the night . I start my antelope hunt Tuesday morning. Going get settled into the cabin tomorrow afternoon at Tyler Sims Outfitting in Mcfadden WY. Will have speed goat pics this week!

Good luck.......my buddy is coming back from the Gila now. They saw cows close enough to take, but the MB's kept their distance. They are veteran hunters.

I had 2 doe tags so we didnt take any pic of them.

We had to fight winds from 20-55mph this week. Ashley shot hers at 315y with a 20 mph cross wind so she had 18" of wind correction. She made a great shot on him.

I shot my second doe at 610y with a full value 30mph cross wind. I doped 6moa (37") of drop and held 8.5moa (52") for wind. Made a first round hit but it was a little back. She ran down the hill to 575y and i put a second round in the high shoulder and watched her fall in the scope as it broke her spine at the base of her neck.

That's weird. Someone must have pushed them out of there. I saw them there every time I went there this summer.
