Default Need a new turbo

Looking for a new turbo for my Dodge ram. Would like to consider something with a little more power potential but want to keep Mileage as good or better than stock and be able to tow over the passes without running too hot. Recommendations are welcome. I think all my specs are in my signature?
Thanks

My screaming eagle 68 series turbos spool fast and are competitively priced. They are 100% Borg Warner

For those that have asked, I have not yet purchased a turbo from anyone yet. I don't really have enough info to make a decision. I have had a busy work schedule the last few days, but I guess I need to read a lot more and try to sort out my intended use from all the personal favorites out there. Again any info is appreciated.
Thanks

Starting to zero in on the BD Super B. When you quote price, please make sure it is complete with everything needed to install in a 97 I.E. down pipe if required and oil drain and feed lines.
