Just bought the truck today from Rick! Great guy to deal with! Very pleased with the truck and it made thte 2 hour trip home and did great!

Nice, Are those factory alcoas powdercoated? Hard to tell in the pic..

There crager soft 8's. Also got the truck for $4500, she's alittle rusty underneath and little on body but got a body guy that's been doing body work for 40 years, so hopefully have that taken care of soon.

We had a local dealer that had a sweet 97 5spd. It was gone the day it was put on the lot.

97 F-250 4X4 5spd with only 99K miles

Ya this truck has bout 214,700 miles but still not to bad.

Tommrow going to vacum/clean interior, purple power engine compartment and greese up zerk fitting on truck. Also going to pick up some royal purple this week for the t-case fluid as it needs changed and ill start making my way to converting all fluids to syenthitic royal purple.

Talked to my body guy today, where going to rhino line the under body and frame and then im going to paint axles/springs black.

Nah I like regular cabs. It was always my dream when I was a little kid to have a reg cab 94-97 PowerStroke with a 5 speed :tu:

Ya he's got a sweet crew cab powerstroke! And its used everday(he huals stuff for living, so get used everday), he just put $4000 stage 2 tranny in it, so im tring to convince him to do gauges and stage 1's atleast(I would tell him 2 but with how much he hauls I think he could get by with stage 1's and hauling heavy all the time without needing a turbo right away).

Going to order EGT gauge and 4" straight pipe hopefully this week or next at the lastest, then next will be 20% tint on all window's. :jump:

I think it might be stock height, though there might be a small lift.

no body lift. has levelking/helper spring kit in front. 285/75/16, there bout 33's

Filled truck up today, Truck's getting 18mpg around town all stock, beside k&n drop in filter. Going to do bhaf maybe this week, royal purple in t-case this week and new thermostate this week.(temp gauge stays on cold and turns out thermostate is stuck open)

Truck did a great job!! Hauled with the a/c on running 2500 rpm most of the way there(70mph but I think truck is really only doing bout 65) lol Deffenilty can't wait for 4" straight pipe, 6637 filter, egt gauge and ts 6 pos chip!! Truck did great just need just a tad bit more power :-D

3-23-11 Washed the air filter, Put in new thermostat as the old one was stuck open and put new gasket in. Also it was that time of the week, so washed the truck.

Its pretty clean, but she does have some underbody rust and a couple spots here and there on the body, but that'll all be fixed soon.

Ya this truck won't go anywhere!! I love it, I love the looks of OBS powerstroke's, its 5 speed(so happy to be back into a 5 speed!!!!!!!), everthing's perfect on truck, all lights/gauges work, ice cold a/c, hot heat, 4x4, ext cab short bed. The only thing this truck needs is 6637 filter, 3" dp to 4" striaght, egt gauge(already has boost), stage 2 injectors(160cc with 100% nozzles), TS 6 pos chip tuned, intercooler swap, D60 swap with 35's, valir or southbend clutch, D66 turbo, traction bars, undercoat the body/frame, and gooseneck hitch and she'll be beyond perfect! :rocking::yeah:

3-29-11 Went and helped my dad take some samples today! Finally got to use 4wd, although didn't really need it, just used it for low range. But truck did great as always.

Its pretty much stock right now besides, levelling kit, 33's, boost gauge and drop in k&n filter(previous owner installed). But going to order my 4" stiraght pipe hopefully tommrow as long as the bank is open, as I can't wait any longer, this stock exhuast sucks!! can't even tell the truck is running unless your up by the motor!!

Here's some picture's, ive been slacking latly. Start working agina bout 2-3 weeks ago, thank god!! Building boat lifts and docks with my ol lady's step dad(awesome guy! He drive's a 2005 crew cab 4x4 Cummins with built auto, 33's, 4" exhuast with muffler, intake and superchip programmer).

After I get exhuat hopefully this week, going to do 20% tint and TS 6 pos chip!
