My Truck, "COAL TRAIN"
Took some pics of "Coal Train" :)
Teardown & Paintjob in a few weeks, wanted a few "before" pics :) http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._6239617_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._1654670_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._7511842_n.jpg http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._1231609_n.jpg |

that is sick what color are you goin to paint it
|
I'm still deciding if i will paint it Matte Black or High Gloss Black :P
|
Matte Black for sure!
:choochoo: |
Matte black would be awesome
|
:tu:
|
Nice pictures, a bit overexposed though. I would say gloss black... having owned matte black before, its a PITA to keep clean, unless you go with a semigloss. You can't wax matte black, and finger prints will be hard as all get out to get off.

nice pics

nice truck :rocking:
|
Saw a matte black Chevy today, covered in mud... talked to the owner... reason it's covered in mud is because it's PITA to keep clean and now he's decided to just "never clean it" and he's going to paint his semi-gloss.. but i think i'll be going with high gloss black...
Has anyone painted their chrome bumpers, mine look preeeeeeeeeetty bad and i want to just paint them or replace them with something better looking (think i'll go with the OEM front and get someone to build a beefier rear) Taking the licence plates off tomorrow and starting the teardown, clutch said goodbye today :') |

Go with the Gloss black. you want a Custom bumper setup? I know a company near here that does some excellent work.

LOL, look at my last comment.... and now my Cummins is probably sold :O
A friend came in with his 02' Dually Dmax and offered to take my 00' BMW 535i and 95' Cummins in straight trade :) Looks like that's the new sport :) |
I cancelled the trade.... couldn't leave my CTD...
Here's a recent pic, put 285/75R16 D load on it, 35s were better looking, but i think this will be better for street use... http://myndasafn.bmwkraftur.is/d/89610-1/IMG_6685.JPG |
She looks pretty good. I think gloss black would look amazing on her. What all has been done to it?

Gearbox and TC are enormous and :edit: heavy... welded the 5th gear nut on it and now it's going nowhere... putting stuff together now... let you know later today how things are going ! |

OMFG..... this is GREAT !!!
Truck feels 50.000.000hp more powerful, (since now it builds pyro / spools up faster) but... can it be that i'm not getting full fuel over 2400rpm with stock GSK ? it goes to 2800ish but lacks power after 2200-2400rpm... i'm trying to hold back on myself since i need 600miles to break it in (am i correct on this?) aint no mother****** gonna powerjoke me no more !!!! *edit* it's btw about 2-2,5hrs since i finished installing... and i just got home now :$ |
OMFG ???!!
""#%"#$#"%#$!&#$&!# I love it when i tow a #5000 trailer in wet grass and the 4WD acts up: http://myndasafn.bmwkraftur.is/d/89711-1/IMG_7026.jpg Had to get towed out by a Toyota Land Cruiser..... |

Well, RIP...
I've pulled the power and driveline and am installing in a 1500 gasser... |
What happened to the truck?
|
it was too rotted out, so i decided to make a short bed 1500 "club cab"
|
Just got sponsored by a Authorized BOSCH dealer, took my pump in to get it built...
are here any part numbers for OEM performance delivery valves, took my injectors to get them pop off tested, all of them were popping off at 239-241bar... 20bar from the original values.. Pump is getting benched next week, i will probably post a video of the before and after build results... |
Looks mean.:rocking: For some reason tresspassing comes to mind :w2:
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Too bad about your truck dude. |
Here's a picture of the truck who's receiving the organs from my 2500...

HX60 and HX40W.. Originally intended on using HX60 and HX40... but decided later to use HX40W to maintain stock driveability... |
