Attachment 53622

Anybody got some stuck pictures? This one my front end was a little heavy and slid off the road wile I was taking hunters out. There was a cliff down hill and we had to tie it to a tree to keep it from rolling over and off the cliff into the river from blue mesa.

We had a bulldozer come and pull me out. But we kept it tied to the tree so it didn't roll.

7.3 Cowboy 03-11-2009 07:54 PM

I bet you scared them guys :tttt:

R.Cassidy 03-14-2009 03:45 PM

They actually wernt that scared. They said they had seen worse. We got it out once before the dozer came but then it slid to where the picture is. I shoulda put chains on. When we left the snow wasn't bad but then dumped wile we were headed out.

Yeah, that 3412 is heavy in those 57's......it took 3 637's up front pulling and a D6r pushing. After the 6 dug around it and under with his slope board. I was checking grade :pca1: so I was able to snap some pics.

hock6.0 03-17-2009 07:13 AM

I like the scraper pic, that brings back memories of the job i was on. i don't have any pics of the carnage cause they were on my phone and ended up getting deleted.

19psi 03-24-2009 10:38 AM

wow. that's exactly why i don't take mine out in the dirt. it's just too heavy! my jeep does much better...

GOSSteel 03-30-2009 03:47 PM

Ha, nice guys!:pca1::ouch:

IC Smoke 03-30-2009 09:02 PM

the bullydog decals are weighing you down!

I've been stuck before and know better than to take the front heavy rigs on any less than stable ground :humm: My old man on the other hand.... he makes it a point to get stuck at lease once every spring. I had to install tow hooks on his 05 so I didnt have to dig under the truck

been there done that with the gravel truck and probably do it again:argh::argh:first time was delivering topsoil to a buddy to finish up a lawn for a customer and for some stupid reason I thought I could get behind the house between them and the neighbors flower bed ,got almost all the way in before the truck slide sideways into the flower bed, sunk up to the tanks had to get my father to go borrow a load of gravel from the quarrie for enough weight to give him traction with his truck to tow me out and that was the last time I hauled topsoil on a rainny day:madd: now with the dump trailers I've had to have high hoes hauled in to remove the load before I could even think of hauling them out:sos:here are a couple of my jeep with 38.5 boggers

I yanked out a few trucks and jeeps one day up at the powerlines road. The mud was odd, You could poke at the pit where everyone (Except me for some ungodly reason) got stuck and the mud would jiggle like jello. Man it was D E E P!

This truck is on a set of 38" swampers .... I swear

cashwheel 04-09-2009 02:50 PM

Ha I get it, its cause your from arkansas , that makes it funny because everybody knows Arkansas would be empty if the residents could read the road signs how to get out of the state. It's ok I understand why your mad. :c:

moyer_12valve 04-09-2009 09:38 PM

all of these are just painful.. but im still :pca1:

You might know em, That pic was taken just outside of Adrian Michigan, so it wasnt far from Ohio.

19psi 04-13-2009 09:35 AM

tool man how did you get throught that when a locked jeep couldn't?

ToolManTimTaylor 04-13-2009 12:22 PM

BOTH jeeps had OPEN Diffs LOL that made me a superstar .. well that and a little driving skill .. and a prayer because if 9,000 lbs of truck gets stuck ... wth is gonna get it out other than a loader.

19psi 04-13-2009 12:47 PM

what about the one you said was fullly locked on 35" geolandars? just wondering... are you locked?

7.3Strokin419 04-13-2009 06:21 PM

how the hell you get that out:humm:

Alright I finally found these ones from last winter. I live off a gravel road, and my driveway always drifts a few feet of snow. This particular night The snow drifted on the end of the driveway on the road over the culvert "bridge" that goes over the ditch. By buddy was comin over and I was just picking up my phone to tell him it looks like the driveway is over further from where it is, since it almost tricked me earlier, he called me and told me he's stuck. "In the ditch?" "yep" "looked like the driveway was over there?" "yep"

My lincoln was stuck so I couldn't get my other truck around it (cummins was still under construction at the time) so the recovery vehicle was a 3/4 ton big block burban. :U:

He was with that girl, but she was a good sport and helped dig. Gotta love MT. :tttt:

whiskyBound 05-26-2009 06:24 PM

I almost said How embarassing to get stuck in that little bit o snow...but...then I looked closer when you click the pictures they get b ig and well..
