For removing decals, I've had good luck with using either a heat gun or hairdryer to warm them up and soften the adhesive, then once you get it peeled off, use WD-40 on a soft cloth to get the residual adhesive off. Once all that's done, it's a good idea to apply a light polish and wax where the decals were, and if need be wash and wax the whole truck. |

I had a company truck that was relabeled 3 times in 2 years due to company buy outs and I had to take off the old decals each time and this is by far the best method I have used. The hair dryer works great at getting them loosened up and they peel right off. :ok1: |
I agree. Just dont hold the heat gun to close or in one spot for to long.

Find one of these.
Item Detail Load it into a cordless drill and go to it. No chemicals, no scraping, no paint or clearcoat damage. Just wipe the area with a wax when done. |
thanks you guys are awsome you think i should wait untill it warms up outside or should that not matter. i dont have a garage or shop to work in.

It'll be easier the warmer they are.
