lol i actually didnt dump it real high cuz it would just start spinning right off the bat.....i found out the lower my RPM went the more traction i got until my turbo lit again......hmmmm

I'd air down a bit like said and probably dump the clutch at 1800-2000 RPM as soon as you heard go.

hold the brakes a few secs after the go sign to get the other truck time to start to spin and then it doesent take much effort to pull the other truck backwards. But you really want to have a nice soft set of tires that will wrinkle up a bit and get traction. A hard compound tire will not hook and cause the lack of traction. Hi hook point like a gooseneck and weight in the front end. With a 6 speed low4 and 2nd gear around 1400-1600 rpms good starting point. Let the CUMMINS lug abit. make all the tourqe it can with the power turned back a bit. GOOD LUCK

This all stuff you learned when jeff snatched your ass on 14? :D

He has got it dead on... Except the brake part... I feel that is cheating. But thats just me most people do it :D

nmlakerat 09-23-2008 01:19 PM

CumminsCrazed 09-23-2008 01:26 PM

lol ok

It didn't look like his tires were spinning- yours were. You lost traction. That's all.
