Torque Limiting bars
 

How do they work? I have seen these things, but they just look like extention bars, but all different colors.

you mean ladder bars?? Where guys run them from the axles to the frames...

im pretty sure they eliminate axle wrap good be wrong tho:humm:

if i understand what ur asking, they r for impact wrenches, and they limit the torque by flexing enough to keep from transfereing the full amount of the impact. mostly used for wheels to keep from over tightening

Yeah Big Ed was right on the product. That would make sense, I just alway thought they broke if pushed pasted their rating.

ive never used them if i have to torque something then i always use my torque wrench

its good if ur at a tire shop or dealership cause u dont have to take much time with them. they used them at ranger on the boat trailers cause the dumbasses there would put a impact on and hit and hit untill the lugs broke. :argh: bunch of dumbasses worked in the trailer shop though lol
