    Oh I see, I've never used a plasma cutter, I thought I had seen a pic of your truck before and it was chrome, I just couldn't see how to do it without messin up the chrome or dspendin hours with a die grinder. Thanks for the info

    I was talkin about the ones in the back of the Dodge, I'm assuming that if you used a torch it's not a chrome bumper, can't really tell from pic
