Anyone have any issues with removing there cat my muffler is gone already, and I wanna ditch the cat. Only concern is noise ticket and getting caught with no cat. Im mostly in ozaukee and mil counties.... Any thoughts or input????

I make noise everywhere I go with my 5 inch stacks. Been pulled over in Waukesha county plenty of times and they have never had any problems with the exhaust

State patrol will f your day up real bad with no muff or cat. Also got pulled over by a Madison cop as well for a "loud" truck
but of owning 3 diesels now the madcity cop was the only one to pull me over for that reason.

ive been pulled over before and i have a straight pipe on my truck they never said anything about the noise and ive drove past the cops plenty when im accelerating hard. why i got pulled over. but never anything about the noise. you should be fine.

i removed cat and muffler a year ago, cops never said any thing, i think as long as take it easy when your in the big citys you will be fine

i got straight 4 inch and dual 5 inch pipes, asked a few cops about it when they were off duty and they said its not a problem diesels are loud as is, just aslong as you ain't standin on it in a residental area at 1 am ya know
