Have always known there was merit to the statement the "devils in the details" let me explain, Had waited to fuel up until really close to empty (checking mileage)so pulled into a place I'm not familiar with looked for the color green, filled up, and down the road, for about 1/2 mile, shutters then sadly, dies,,Crap,,
now what? Anyone? I'm sure someone has guessed what happend, I however, that day, was not one of them. 2 dead batteries later I'm now towing it home, we'll to a sudo home, (no tools) a few calls later, I meet a nice guy named Harold Bowers, who is willing to drive over to run a scan and pressure test, other than the pressure being a tad low, we found no codes/faults, Crapppp, Anyone,,,, tap tap tap,,, dialed this in yet? I've also got fuel at the injectors, 10 pounds worth, all fuses checked, everything else says run,, but not so,,,
See I had not used this station in the past and I had let myself think that the green placard I saw was in fact the diesel pump, wrong,,, so wrong,,
Any rate let me tell you how many bumps it takes to unload 23 gals of unleaded throu a 1/2 inch pex line hahah,, 56 or so,, I used the fuel pump to pump out all the unleaded, replaced it with diesel,Muddy had me add some 2 stroke, (good call) changed out the filters, cracked open 1, 3 and 4 injector lines and cranked 3 times, for 10 seconds each, On the 3rd crank it fired up, stumbled a little then took off.. Woo hoo,, just glad it was not the injector pump, Anyway wanted to tell a story, I know how much you guys enjoy a good story.

Thanks
Pappy
