Been using the 95 Ram to commute and once in a while a few pieces of lumber or sacks of concrete. I love the 8ft bed, that's for sure!

Hauled a load of gravel today and the lady running the scale house thought the scale went wacky. Had me weigh 2x and then pulled her truck on to make sure even!

16,880 lbs.

wait, is the 16k pounds just the gravel or including the truck?

Weight of truck and gravel.

I posted on another forum and 95% of the people on there said it was stupid, irresponsible, truck should have broke in 1/2, etc.

The bed isn't even full to the bed rails, I figured 4-5000lbs at most.

I don't know what the truck empty weighs, around 7500lb I would guess so that is close to 10,000lbs in the bed.

in defense of this site the nationwide part has a for sale section. and the ITD section here is run how we wish so active ITD'ers can post for sale in the idaho section.

the lack of an edit button sucks and lack of pic posting sucks but photobucket works well.

as to why no edit or quote buttons on the idaho section, dunno. a part of the site but a whole seperate part of the site if ya understand what i am trying to say.

for me not being a comp guy i dont understand it.
